We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been confirmed and processed.

This applies to all products, including custom, handcrafted, and standard items.

 

2. Eligible Return Cases

A return or resolution may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product sent)
  • The item arrives damaged upon receipt
  • The item has a verifiable manufacturing defect

In such cases, the customer must contact us within a reasonable timeframe (4 hours max.) after receiving the order.

 

3. Proof Requirement

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Order details (name, product, and location)
  • Proof showing the condition upon receipt

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.

 

4. Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, MISTA PROFIT STUDIO may offer:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair (if applicable)
  • Partial or full compensation (case-dependent)

All resolutions are handled fairly and at our discretion after review.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Handcrafted items with natural variations
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Items not collected within agreed delivery timelines

 

6. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to a dispatch rider, transport driver, or agency, it is considered in transit.

We ensure reliable coordination, but final handling during transport is managed by third-party logistics providers.

 

7. Communication Window

All issues must be reported promptly after delivery confirmation.

Delayed reports may not be eligible for review due to inability to verify shipping conditions.

 

8. Policy Integrity
