By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Order Agreement

All orders placed with MISTA PROFIT STUDIO are considered confirmed only after:

  • Product selection
  • Customer confirmation
  • Payment completion

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to confirmation.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are fixed unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be completed before production or dispatch
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice, but confirmed orders remain unchanged

 

3. Product Variation Disclaimer

Due to handcrafted processes, photography lighting, and screen differences:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur
  • These variations are not considered defects
  • They represent the uniqueness of each piece

 

4. Delivery Responsibility

We provide coordinated delivery services across Cameroon:

  • Douala: Dispatch rider delivery
  • Outside Douala: Transport agencies or intercity drivers

Once handed to third-party delivery partners, MISTA PROFIT STUDIO is not liable for delays caused by transport services, but we will assist in coordination where possible.

 

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct delivery details
  • Being available for delivery coordination
  • Collecting packages from drivers or agencies within required timeframes

Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

 

6. Shipping Schedule

  • Douala deliveries: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • No delivery on Sundays
  • Outside Douala: Tuesday & Saturday only (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Orders after 10:00 AM on shipping days are processed next cycle

 

7. Urgent Delivery Requests

Off-schedule shipping may be available upon request but will incur an additional logistics fee depending on availability.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, images, and content created by MISTA PROFIT STUDIO remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

MISTA PROFIT STUDIO is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party transport services
  • Loss or damage after successful handover to delivery agents
  • Misuse of products after delivery

 

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
