1. Order Processing

All orders are processed with attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.

  • Processing time varies depending on product type and order volume
  • Customers will be notified once their order is ready for dispatch
  • Orders are only processed after confirmation

We prioritize precision over speed to maintain the standard of every piece created under MISTA PROFIT STUDIO.

 

2. Delivery Within Douala

For deliveries within Douala, we use trusted dispatch rider services.

  • Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
  • Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • No deliveries are carried out on Sundays (off day)

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery time and location.

 

3. Delivery Outside Douala

For deliveries outside Douala, shipments are handled through intercity transport agencies and travel services.

  • Shipment days: Tuesday and Saturday only
  • Shipment hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Once the package arrives in your city, you will be contacted to collect it from the designated transport agency office closest to you.

This system ensures safe, structured, and reliable delivery across regions.

 

4. Shipping Cut-Off Time

To ensure proper handling and coordination:

  • Orders placed for out-of-Douala delivery after 10:00 AM on Tuesday or Saturday will be shipped on the next available shipping day
  • This allows sufficient time for preparation, packaging, and dispatch organization

 

5. Urgent or Off-Schedule Shipping

For customers requesting shipment outside the official dispatch days (Tuesday and Saturday), an additional logistics fee will apply.

This fee depends on urgency and transport availability and will be communicated before confirmation.

 

6. Special Delivery Routes (Buea, Limbe, Tiko, Mutengene)

For these destinations, we use direct transport drivers departing from Douala (Rond Point / travel park routes).

  • Your package is assigned to a driver traveling to your city
  • The driver will contact you upon arrival
  • You will meet the driver at an agreed safe pickup point
  • We collect and share driver contact details to ensure smooth communication between all parties

 

7. Tracking & Delivery Updates

At this time, we do not use automated tracking systems.

Instead, we provide direct, real-time coordination, including:

  • Driver contact information (where applicable)
  • Transport agency details
  • Live communication updates via WhatsApp or phone

This ensures full transparency and human-managed delivery support.

 

8. Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is handed to a dispatch rider, transport driver, or agency, it is considered in transit.

We ensure careful selection of reliable delivery partners; however, final handling during transit is managed by third-party logistics providers.

We remain available to assist in coordination at every stage until successful receipt.

 

9. Missed or Uncollected Packages

Customers are responsible for collecting their packages from the designated driver or transport agency once notified.

Failure to collect within the agreed timeframe may result in storage delays or additional handling fees imposed by the transport provider.

 

10. Customer Support

For any delivery-related questions, updates, or concerns, you may contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone.

We prioritize clear communication and timely assistance for every order.

 

11. Policy Updates

MISTA PROFIT STUDIO reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect operational improvements or logistics changes. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication.
