How do I place an order?

Most orders are finalized through WhatsApp after you select your product. This helps us confirm details, availability, and delivery smoothly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and cash at our store. Payment is required before delivery or production begins

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. Custom orders are available for selected products. For custom work, 70% is paid before production and 30% after the product is completed and confirmed.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is available in Douala and outside Douala. In Douala, deliveries run except Sunday. Outside Douala, shipments are sent on Tuesday and Saturday through transport agencies or travel buses.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

No, we do not use a standard tracking number system. Instead, we provide direct WhatsApp updates, driver details, and delivery coordination.

What should I do if I need help with my order?

You can contact us directly on WhatsApp or through the contact form. We will help with product questions, order confirmation, delivery, or any support you need.
