DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Delivery Within Douala:
Available Monday to Saturday.
Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
No deliveries on Sundays.
Orders are delivered through trusted dispatch riders.
Delivery Outside Douala:
Shipments are dispatched every Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM on a shipment day (Tuesday or Saturday) will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipment day.
Packages are sent through transport agencies or direct drivers depending on the destination.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:
Tracking numbers are not available. Delivery updates are provided directly via WhatsApp or phone.
Customers outside Douala may request shipping outside our regular dispatch days for an additional logistics fee.
